DELIVERY

• Our local flower delivery charge is £3.95. We currently deliver throughout Cardiff.

• Collection from shop is available free of charge.

• Orders placed before 12 noon are available for next day delivery.

• Flowers will be hand delivered on your chosen date between 8am and 6pm.

• Please ensure you enter the recipient’s full address including the postal code. Unfortunately we will not be responsible for any orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information.

• In the event that the recipient is not in, the flowers will either be left at reception (if applicable) or with a neighbor. If none of these are appropriate, the flowers may be returned. In the case of such delivery problems, Blodau Tlws will contact the sender by phone (please ensure that this is also provided at checkout).

• Blodau Tlws will make every effort to deliver your flowers as requested. However if we fail to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be held liable.
